Mackell Farm delivers poultry products to all 47 counties of Kenya and also serves international export markets, subject to applicable regulations.

Local Deliveries (Within Kenya)

• We deliver eggs, chicks, meat, and live birds nationwide.
• Delivery timelines vary depending on location, product type, and order volume.
• Same-day or next-day delivery may be available within selected regions, including Nairobi and major towns.

International Deliveries (Exports)

• We export selected poultry products to approved regional and international markets.
• Export orders are subject to veterinary certifications, import permits, and destination country regulations.
• Export timelines and costs are quoted individually after order confirmation.

Delivery Methods

• Live birds and chicks are transported using specialized, humane, and ventilated transport systems.
• Eggs are carefully packed to minimize breakage.
• Meat products are delivered fresh or frozen using cold-chain handling where applicable.

Delivery Fees

• Delivery charges depend on distance, order size, and delivery method.
• All delivery costs will be communicated and agreed upon before dispatch.

Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must provide accurate delivery details.
• Someone must be available to receive the order at the agreed delivery time.
