Order Process

  1. Contact Mackell Farm via phone or WhatsApp.
  2. Confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery details.
  3. Make payment as agreed.
  4. Order is prepared and dispatched.

Order Confirmation

  • Orders are confirmed only after payment or deposit is received.
  • Advance booking is required for chicks, live birds, and bulk orders.

Returns & Refunds

  • Due to the nature of poultry products, returns are generally not accepted.
  • Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:
    • Incorrect items were delivered
    • Products were damaged during transit
  • Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.

Cancellations

  • Order cancellations must be communicated before dispatch.
  • Deposits may be non-refundable for customized or advance-prepared orders.
