Order Process
- Contact Mackell Farm via phone or WhatsApp.
- Confirm product availability, pricing, and delivery details.
- Make payment as agreed.
- Order is prepared and dispatched.
Order Confirmation
- Orders are confirmed only after payment or deposit is received.
- Advance booking is required for chicks, live birds, and bulk orders.
Returns & Refunds
- Due to the nature of poultry products, returns are generally not accepted.
- Refunds or replacements may be considered only if:
- Incorrect items were delivered
- Products were damaged during transit
- Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with supporting evidence.
Cancellations
- Order cancellations must be communicated before dispatch.
- Deposits may be non-refundable for customized or advance-prepared orders.
